Q: International shipping outside U.S./Canada?
A: No—we currently only ship to U.S. addresses and all Canadian provinces/territories.
Q: How to pick the right size?
A: Use our Size Guide to measure bust/chest, waist, hips with a soft tape. Between sizes? Size up for relaxed fit, size down for tailored look. Check product pages for style-specific fit tips.
Q: Order tracking?
A: You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships. U.S. = USPS tracking; Canada = USPS International + Canada Post tracking.
Q: Lost/delayed package?
A: U.S. orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery date. Canadian orders: Allow 5–7 extra days for customs, then contact us within 14 days of delivery date. Email support with your order + tracking numbers for help.
Q: Returns/exchanges allowed?
A: Eligible items can be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery (see Refund & Return Policy). Direct exchanges are not offered.
Q: Refund processing time?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect your return. Funds go back to your original payment method, with banks taking 3–5 extra business days to post the refund.
